Administrative Review is just another "look" at your previous claim and "They" put it in as a new claim for their tracking purposes...at least that is how it was explained to me. Nothing to worry...

+1 OSC. Admin reviews are triggered by the VA. I had one done long ago before eBenefits, and didn't know about it till eBenefits showed it in my history.
